Arc de Triomphe - This amazing piece of
architecture is located on the Champs Elysees, which is Paris's
most notable avenue. It was constructed by Napoleon to build a
tribute to his "Grand Armee". Don't try crossing the street to
get to this monument. Locate the underground tunnel from the
Wagram exit from the Metro. The tunnel itslef is located at the
Avenue de la Grande Armee side of the road circle.

adults. Children are free up to age 17.
Chateau de Versailles -
Located 17 miles from Paris is the Chateau de Versailles.
This is a not miss sight if you are interested in architecture

Musee Cognacq-Jay
This is an excellent art collection of 18th century paintings
by Boucher, Chardin and Fragonard. Also included are sculptures
and furniture from the 18th century. Donated by Ernest Cognacq
and his wife, Louise Jay, founders of the Samaritaine department

is comprised of various architectural styles from the ages. THe
famed author's residence for some time. He wrote " "a
second-floor apartment overlooking the Place Royale, with a wing

apartment is composed on the street side of an antechamber,
dining-room and drawing-room, with a kitchen overlooking the
courtyard, several rooms in a wing reached by a corridor, with
an exit via a small staircase, conveniences, woodshed, three

Cathedral Norte Dame - This magnificent masterpiece
was constructed between 1163AD and 1345AD. Gothic in style it

Dijon through Paris to the English Channel. It really is the
