STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED IN QUITO, GUAYAQUIL, AND MANTA
President Correa has declared a state of emergency in Quito, Guayquil, and Manta due to increased criminal acts against the safety of the community. Per executive order 82 the military will be coordinating with the national Police for sixty-days in an attempt to improve the situation via anti crime operatives. This state of emergency does not affect civil rights.(TRAVEL SAFETY ECUADOR)
